By placing an order with Outro Print, you agree to our terms: Design approval is final; we are not liable for errors after your confirmation. Minor color variations from screen to print are normal. Returns are only for manufacturing defects.

بمجرد طلبك من مطبعة اوترو، فإنك توافق على شروطنا: الموافقة على التصميم نهائية؛ ولسنا مسؤولين عن أي أخطاء بعد اعتمادك للنسخة. اختلاف الألوان الطفيف بين الشاشة والواقع أمر طبيعي.

Our T&C covers key aspects of our production:

• Turnaround Time: Estimated delivery dates start only after design approval and payment.

• Quantity Variance: In bulk orders (bags/boxes), a minor quantity variance of +/- 5% may occur due to manufacturing processes.

• Cancellation: Orders cannot be cancelled once production begins as materials are custom-prepared for your brand.

تغطي شروطنا الجوانب الأساسية للتنفيذ:

• مدة التنفيذ: يبدأ احتساب تاريخ التسليم فقط بعد الموافقة النهائية على التصميم وتأكيد الدفع.

• تفاوت الكميات: في طلبات الجملة (الأكياس والكرتون)، قد يحدث تفاوت بسيط في العدد بنسبة +/- 5% نتيجة طبيعة عمليات التصنيع.

• الإلغاء: لا يمكن إلغاء الطلب بعد البدء في عملية الإنتاج الفعلي نظراً لتخصيص المواد الخام لعلامتكم التجارية.
