في مطبعة اوترو، نحن نصنع منتجات مخصصة لك بالاسم والشعار. هذه السياسة توضح قواعدنا بخصوص الاسترجاع وإلغاء الطلبات لضمان علاقة واضحة وعادلة مع جميع عملائنا.

Because all our products (bags, boxes, cards) are custom-printed with your brand, they cannot be returned or refunded once production starts. These items are made only for you and cannot be resold to anyone else.

لأن جميع منتجاتنا (أكياس، كراتين، كروت) تُطبع خصيصاً بشعارك، فهي غير قابلة للإرجاع أو الاسترداد بمجرد البدء في الإنتاج. هذه المنتجات صُنعت لك فقط ولا يمكن بيعها لشخص آخر.

We guarantee our quality. If your order has a clear manufacturing defect or doesn't match the final design you approved, please contact us within 48 hours. We will review the issue and reprint your order at no extra cost.
